Kayak Rentals

Sometimes a fun day on the water isn’t even on your boat! Take your family for a fun tour of the river paddling aboard kayaks. We offer a variety of single-person, tandem, and fishing kayaks available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Kayaks are free for use to our members, and also available as rentals to the general public. Let us know as far in advance as you can when you plan to rent a kayak. We’ll have it ready for when you arrive at our docks.

I accept, for use of the equipment listed on this form, full responsibility for the care of this equipment I have made no misrepresentation regarding the user's ability or knowledge. I understand the sport of boating can be HAZARDOUS activity and the use of this equipment involves risk and injury to any and all parts of the human body. I hereby agree to freely and expressly assume and accept any and all risks of injury to all parties aboard this boat and any other damages created by my negligence. I agree that I will release Kennebunkport Marina hereinafter referred to "Rental Agent", its owners, employees, agents and affiliates from any and all liability or responsibility for injuries or damages to the user's of the equipment listed on this form, or to any other person, 1 agree NOT to make a claim against or sue the Rental Agent, its employees, agents and affiliates for injuries or damages relating to Boating or the use of this or any equipment.
I hereby agree to accept the terms and conditions of this contract. This document constitutes the final and entire agreement between this Rental agent, its employees, agents and affiliates and the undersigned. This Rental Agent, its owners, employees, agents and affiliates, itself: provides NO WARRANTIES, expressed or implied and this equipment is accepted "as is".
I have carefully read this agreement, fully understand its contents and release all liability to the rental agent, its employees, agents and affiliates. I am aware that this is a release of liability and contract between myself and this Rental Agent, its owners, employees, agents and affiliates and I sign it with my own free will. I agree that I been instructed in the equipment's proper use and fully understand how it operates.
